When I first watched the Doctor Who Episode “Silence In The Library” I knew I wanted a little blue TARDIS journal. after watching the episode I ran to etsy and low and behold there it was. I love, LOVE, journals. I collect them in all sizes and shapes and colours. So without hesitation I bought the small one of these. I really should have pulled out a measuring tape tho cause the 5″by 3.5″ inches size is a bit two small for me I wish I had bought the medium.  These books are well made and durable. Mine lives in my purse and survive being shuffled around and beat and roughed up daily.  There are variety of sizes thus being able to be used for whatever purpose you need. Mine is a general notebook used for groceries, random notes, sudden thoughts, and reminder notices. Not into Doctor Who, there are plenty of other options. I highly reccomend these books for yourself or as an excellent gift for a friend.

The thing that originally drew me to this shop was the beautifully carded batts, and the more I started looking the more I loved everything she did. She has some absolute wonderful handspun. Most her bats are made from her own hand dyed fibres, and I just drool over 90% of them they look so scrumptious… But this things I really liek are the little handfelted avacado soaps  like the one above. these help you soaps last longer AND they also work as great exfoliators, plus they have the added bonus of being pretty. I happened to notice that she has two clubs available, The Little Treasures Club for $35 for three months of mini batts of yumminess. She also has The Treats Fibre Club which is three months of 4oz Batts for $70. Each of those clubs only has one slot left… Race ya for it!

This is one of those sites that I wandered upon and instantly DIED! The hand carded batts are utter lucsious and going oh so cheap! Actually this is one of those shops where you want to buy everything you see and run before the shop keeper realizes she put the wrong price on everything. Handspun yarn for fifteen dollars, hand dyed sock yarn in simple but deadly beautiful solids eighteen dollars, hand carded batts seven fifty to eight dollars! Seriously! I feel absolutely speechless and  like there is nothing I can really say besides ZOMG! I so want a kilo of Myria to make a sweater with!!!  I hope you enjoy Amy’s Rainbow and much as I do. My only wish was that I had more money to buy her out of everything!!

Look at that yarn just looooook at it! Those sparkles yeah that’s silver like real silver and if that wasn’t enough merino is also blended with silk! The total fibers in this specific yarn happen to be: 63% Superwash Merino, 20% Silk, 15% Nylon, and 2% Pure Silver Strand. Talk about a luxery yarn… This is a yarn you buy to knit yourself socks, or maybe for someone very very special. Lotus Yarns is an amazing like ZOMG indie dyer, who has thus far the most unique sock blend I have found.  I will admit I do not yet have some of this luscious yarn, mostly cause the economy right now is soooo screwed up that US Purchases right now are out of the question. You better believe that when the kiwi dollar bounces back soem I will SO be buying a bunch of that hmmm yeah! She has lots of pretty colours that I would call semi solids, or lightly varigated, and all in such amazing tones that make me want need colours that even I wouldn’t normaly like. Want to see these yarns in person she will be at Summer Sock Summit(you know how unfair it is that this is being launches this summer when i will be saving up for my wedding and thus NOT traveling to the US to goto it)!

ZOMG! Many of the features I have here on the blog are things that with all of my body I want need, but usually it’s one or two of the items. Just The Best 4 U, I want them all I need to have them all and if I don’t get them soon I will surely DIE!!! I have a thing I will admit for wrapped jewelry, I also have a thing for natural stone and gems, also I have a thing for sterling silver.  So this jewelry it all make me go yummmm… It doesn’t help that every one of the photos are so amazingly beautiful and wonderful you would buy those themselves let alone the jewelry. I love the piece pictured above, I think it would look stunning on my wedding day with my dress. Brides there are plenty of stunning necklaces that will be unique and stand out for your special day.
